This is the first time I’ve used this service and I received a personal video of the brother in El Hamdoulilah with the wheel chair for Sadaqah Jariyah. The personal video was very kind and heart warming message. I would like to thank the brothers who provide this service.

I really didn’t like the part where the name of the person who the wheelchair is donated for is not on the wheelchair itself. It would be really nice when you go to Mecca that you see your wheelchair being utilized and since there are no names, there is not a way to know, so I think that’s one thing I would change about the process I would get a little names that would be welded on the wheelchair like a little plate or something you know
Alhumdullilah my Sadaqa was delivered by the Wakala team. Received video and images about 5-7 days later of my wheelchair at the time of delivery with names and dua. May Allah SWT accept it. Ameen

I highly recommend anyone wishing to make sadaqas, very serious and thorough association. For any question, they are very responsive to answer you. My experience is more than satisfactory, I quickly received my videos. Small hiccup, my frames arrived in pdf and I wanted them by post.

Le cadre avec photo qui date, n'est pas utile. Je pense qu'une QR Code sur un socle en bois serait top. Lorsque j'ai offert le cadeau à mes parents en ayant découpé le QR code et collé sur un socle que j'ai mis dans une pochette de type pour les dragées de mariage. c'est une suggestion.
Mais ça a fait son effet !!! ils n'ont pas compris le cadeau.... et je leur ai demandé de lire le QR code... Et là !!!!!! Les larmes ont coulé, les cœurs se sont gonflés, et les douas ne s'arrêtaient plus !!!

I deposited the Quran and wheelchair for my grandparents, Allah y rahmo. In less than 10 days, I received my beautiful frame with a very moving video.
