This is real guys, they do what’s mentioned on the website

I was a bit skeptical at first but I still continued with it, received videos of the wheel chair and Quran deposit and satisfied with it.
The only thing which stops me from giving 5 star rating is that I had to chase up the customer service till the end for both of my orders which made me anxious until I got the final product. So the system and communication needs to be a bit more organised

I was given the opportunity to donate wheelchairs, qurans and a badal umrah on behalf of my dad (rahmatullah alayhe) and my mom may Allah give her Shifa. I was nervous the donations and umrah wouldn't happen within ramadan so I reached out to wakala on WhatsApp and they were incredibly kind in their responses. They got all of it done and emailed me the individual videos.
